Hi! I’m Coach Vickie, and I specialize in helping women 40 and over lose weight and get in shape—without giving up their favorite foods or spending hours in the gym.

After having kids, I struggled with my weight for years, gaining 110 lbs during my first pregnancy, and the battle continued through my 20s and 30s. It wasn’t until my 40s that I finally shed the weight, and now, at over 50, I’ve kept off 75 lbs!

I know how frustrating it can feel—I even gained 17 lbs in just one month while trying to lose weight! But that struggle led me to become a personal trainer and health coach so I could help other women overcome those same challenges.
